The bTech image folder is located in.

bTech-ver4.1.4/bTech same directory as the XML folder. The image your missing from the screenshot is located in the editor folder and is called sprite.png

For your logo you need to edit the stylevar 'titleimage'

Other clients who have had problems with ads did this:

1) Goto edit templates and find the modified ad templates (they will be red)
2) Copy the contents and then revert this template
3) Copy the contents back into the template.

Looks like I got everything sorted out. I cant seem to figure out how to get my sidebar back in btech though

If you dont mind, could you take a look. You can see the difference between the two styles. Both templates are set up the same.

Hey Sean, I checked my server logs the other day and I get this error a lot

File does not exist: /forums/images/BP-Black/buttons/collapse_alt_collapsed.gif, referer: http://flotgaming.net/forums/forum.php

I looked in the regular vbulletin images, i.e. non BP-Black buttons folder and couldn't find that gif either, but somewhere on my forum.php page using the BP-Blue style clients are trying to load that image when ever they view it

Hey mate this is an old vBulletin 3 file. Not sure why the skin is trying to load this image. Unless vBulletin4 still uses this image. If so add the attached file to your buttons directory.

found out what was using it, looks like the MGC chatbox mod I have installed wanted to use it

<img id="collapseimg_mgc_cb_evo_smilies" src="images/BPBlack/buttons/collapse_alt_collapsed.gif" alt="" border="0" style="display: none;"/>

When it should really be using:
collapse_40b_collapsed.png

Looks like a mistake in the mod.

Glad you got it sorted mate. I knew that vBulletin had stopped using most of the old GIF images in 4.0.3

Hi Sean, I am running a child skin based off a parent green eloquent skin. After upgrading to vb4.14, do I just upload the updated version of that skin as normal, and expect the child skin to inherit any changes?

You will need to update the parent skin mate, so that the child skin updates.
You will also need to compare the additional.css templates to make sure the new changes are added. The new changes are at the bottom of the CSS template

Other than uploading the new files, do you also install the xml and overwrite?

Yes that is correct, but before doing this backup your original XML incase of any problems.

Also depending on how many template changes you made you may get a message via your admincp saying that you need to revert templates. If this is the case I suggest uploading the new 4.1.4 XML file under a different name called test. And then compare the templates to see what changes you have made.
