Just purchased, need some help

I just purchased a skin. How long does it take to get it? After I completed purchase through paypal, It said the payment failed, but the payment came out of my account. Thanks let me know, email is billykorgain@yahoo.com transaction idea is: 4YG77241MH789323S

Hey Infamous, When did you get the failed message mate during checkout or when being redirected back to Bluepearl?

I just checked your order and everything seems fine, so your order has been approved.

I also got a: "There was a problem with your payment. Please try again."

Here is how it happened to me: I added the VB style to My cart, filled out the billing info, selected PayPal as My payment method, paid with paypal then said payment complete then when auto redirected back to merchant/Blurpearl, I got a "There was a problem with your payment. Please try again." error message.

Here is My PayPal purchase info;

Web Accept Payment Sent (Unique Transaction ID #9CS95868SJ3672000)

Item Title: Seamus
Item Number: 1875
Invoice ID: 1875
Date: Dec 1, 2011
Time: 14:18:41 CST
Status: Completed

I know it might take some time to get a download link and I just bought it....Just letting you know exactly what happened. :P

5 minutes later it shows My purchase and download links.... all works well, It's just that "There was a problem with your payment. Please try again." message after being redirected to merchant.

Hey Tsac, I was online the same time you purchased so I was able to enable your download after 5 minutes of you purchasing the skin.

Sometimes when purchasing via Paypal when being diverted back to Bluepearl some customers get that error message. Invision/IPB are looking into a solution for us.

Just a small update, this cart has been updated and this bug is now fixed.

I had this issue too but Sean accepted my payment. You will need to wait few hours - it usually takes around 12 hours.
