Seamus only works with:

Suported vBulletin Versions

4.1.4, 4.1.5, 4.1.6, 4.1.7, 4.1.8, 4.1.9

Version 4.0.2 is really outdate. May I know why you're still on this version? New version has got new text editor, tons of security updates, etc.
