first of all I truly hope you and your loved ones are OK and had a nice Christmas. That's what's most important!
However, as a customer I start to get worried about your business. It's the second time since I am here that you "disappear" for a longer time without a word. I understand how difficult it is to lead a one man company. But one of the reasons why Bluepearl rocks and is so much superior to any other skin company is because of the great, super fast and precise support.
vB 4.1.9 and XF 1.1.1 have been released and despite non of them needs a skin update there is no official word on that.
I see your last activity from yesterday but your last post from December 12! The line of unanswered support questions is getting longer every day. vB 4.1.10 will be released soon and your customers will need the updated Bluepearl skins right after as this is a major maintenance release that everybody will need and want as soon as possible!! Alpha versions are available and trust me, this is going to be a lot of work to update!
If you took your time off or you are on holidays a quick note wouldn't harm. Even by a representative!
As said in the beginning I first of all hope you're OK! But it looks like your customers who rely and depend on you really need you back!

vBulletin 4.1.10 is going to be huge, and don't worry we are already preparing for this major update which has more stylevar changes than previous upgrades.
Apart from a few support questions, our vBulletin skins are completely up to date. 4.1.9 was a mobile update so did not need template updates. We also have 2 new support staff who will be focussing on the forum and support tickets while I focus on custom skins and releasing new premade ones.
Not sure when the first time I dissapeared? We have always been on the ball with our vBulletin updates. XenForo has been a bit slower due to the fact that it is new and I am still learning the template system.

Hi Sean, good to see everything's allright! You Bluepearl is the best skin company so it's only natural customers started to worry. You set your own high standards

I already tested 4.1.10 Alpha to Beta. It's even possible to use 4.1.8/4.1.9 skins with a couple of tweaks. Nevertheless I will rebuild mine from scratch as soon as you released your updated versions. Looking much forward to this.
