I would like to welcome 2 new support staff to Bluepearl Skins who will be helping me with the support desk and forums, giving me more time to update skins and release new ones.
All the problems with support desk and shop are also fixed as we now host our database on a separate server so time outs should no longer occur. We had to manually add the last 33 customers manually to our shop as our database backup was a week and a half old, so if your a new customer and is having problems logging in or downloading your skin please contact us asap via support ticket.
We will be spending the next few hours catching up on support requests and I apologise for the extended delays for support in the past few weeks.
